Improve Your Focus For Consistent Golf
Many people who play golf just tend to concentrate on the physical aspect. Things like practicing shots, keeping fit, eating good food and doing golf stretching exercises are all very good ways to improve your game. However, it is equally important to have a good mental focus for golf. This means that you need to practice having the right frame of mind as well.
